PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (“WOM Finance” or the Company) was founded in 1982 under the name PT Jakarta Tokyo Leasing which is engaged in motorcycle financing, particularly financing for Honda branded motorcycles. The Company changed its name to PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha in 2000 in line with its business transformation.
