Weatherford Capital, a Tampa-based private investment firm headed by former Florida Speaker of the House Will Weatherford, has made yet another investment — this time, across the pond. The firm invested in U.K.-based CloudFactory on Nov. 20, according to reports. While the total amount was previously undisclosed, a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing and Weatherford confirmed it was a $19.1 million investment. 38 investors participated in Weatherford Capital's investment vehicle.
